Outdoor Fall Decor 2024!

I have finally completed my outdoor fall decor!!! Last year, I decorated before Labor Day and I told myself that this year I am going to slow down and enjoy every minute of every season! I waited until after Labor Day and I am so glad I did because now I feel way more into the fall spirit. I am in love with how everything has turned out! I took my two black urns and moved them from their original spot of being on each side of our garage, to putting them right in our entryway of our front door. I wish I would have done this to begin with, and I am really excited about how they will look for Christmas as well. Check out my before & after TikTok below!

I purchased my black urns from one of my favorite consignment stores, (stay tuned for another blog post on all my fave consignment shops!!!) for about $60 for both! I wanted black because we have black accents on the outside of our home. We have a black front door and black shutters. In our next home, I want white brick and blue shutters, but for now in our first home, I am embracing the classic red brick and black shutters!!!

I wanted to do real pumpkins for my pumpkin stacks, but I did fake ones so I will have them year after year and could add my bows to the top! I bought the pumpkins at my favorite and faithful, Hobby Lobby. They were 40% off so I probably spent about $60 for all 6 pumpkins in the front and my mini stack of 3 on our back porch.

If you aren’t following John Mark Enterprises on Insta then you NEED to!!!! By watching his bow tutorial videos, I have learned how to make the BEST bows! I bought my ribbon from a consignment store that had a big bundle of brand new ribbon that hadn’t even been opened. I got 7 different spools for $7! I bought my black and white checkered ribbon to add in to match my Mackenzie Childs inspired black and white pumpkins that I painted last fall. My gold mum pots came from Hobby Lobby last year and I am loving the pop of gold with the black and white.

No one sees our back porch except us and then of course when we have guests over but I still wanted it to have a cozy, fall vibe!! I got these adorable fall pillows last season at PopShelf! If you haven’t been, you need to check it out! My lantern has been around for years now and I cannot even remember where I got it, but I just threw in some small pumpkins, acorns, and fall leaves. I threw a cute bow on top and called it a day! It is the perfect spot for drinking my morning coffee & devotionals!
